01

Product and account help

For help with your iter0 account, a builder run, a generated page, an API key, a credit charge or a saved artifact, email hello@iter0.com. Include the relevant page URL or run identifier and a concise description of what happened. Do not include passwords, full API tokens, payment card details, or secrets. If an issue concerns generated output, explain what you expected and what the builder returned so the problem can be reproduced safely.

02

Developer and MCP questions

The canonical developer page is https://iter0.com/developers and the machine-readable API contract is https://iter0.com/openapi.json. Send integration questions, incompatible client details, and reproducible request or response examples to hello@iter0.com. Redact bearer tokens and customer-confidential content before sending logs. The public health endpoint at https://iter0.com/api/v1/health can be used to distinguish API availability from an authenticated request problem.

03

Help with the Vercel connection

If the Vercel connection will not complete, or you want help removing it, email hello@iter0.com. Send your Vercel team name, your iter0 project and the exact message the connection card shows. Do not include access tokens or passwords. The guide at https://iter0.com/docs/connect-deliver/connect-vercel-to-iter0 lists the messages you may see and what each one means.

04

Privacy and security

Use the same address for privacy requests, suspected data exposure, account access concerns, or responsible security reports. Describe the affected iter0 surface, the date observed, and the minimum steps needed to reproduce the issue. Please avoid testing against another customer's data or taking actions that could interrupt the service. iter0 will use the contact details you provide to investigate and reply to the request.

05

Report abuse on a site at iter0.app

Websites at an address ending in .iter0.app are published by iter0 customers. To report phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, or other abuse on one of these sites, email hello@iter0.com with the full address of the page and what you saw. Every report is reviewed, and a site can be taken offline while it is investigated.
