Iter0 terms of service
These terms explain how Iter0 works, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Last updated: 24 September 2026.

Iter0 is an AI website builder. You describe your business or point to a website, and Iter0 researches, plans and generates an editable website that you can review, change, save and export. By creating an account or using the builder you agree to these terms and to the Iter0 Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in details and API keys safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate account details and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Building a complete page uses one credit and an AI edit uses half a credit; manual edits, saves and undo are free. The Free plan includes 3 credits each month. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe: Hobby is US$5 for 15 credits and Pro is US$25 for 100 credits, and you can buy a top-up of 10 credits for US$15. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If a charged build or AI edit fails, Iter0 aims to return the credit automatically. Other refund requests are considered case by case: email us.

You own the content you supply and the websites you create with Iter0, subject to the rights of others in anything you supply or ask us to use. You are responsible for having the rights to the text, images, logos and URLs you provide, including any website you ask Iter0 to clone or use as a reference. You give Iter0 permission to process that content only as needed to provide and improve the service for you.

Do not use Iter0 to clone or imitate a website you do not have the right to use in order to deceive people, for example to impersonate a business or collect someone else's customers' details. Do not create illegal, fraudulent, hateful or harmful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the service, or try to get around its limits, credits or security. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Iter0 uses AI models to research and generate websites. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to existing material. Review every page before you publish it, check facts, claims, prices and links, and make sure it suits your business and the law that applies to you.

We work hard to keep Iter0 available and reliable, but the service is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable, change or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, Iter0 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Iter0 in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.

You can stop using Iter0 and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable. Before closing an account, export any sites or designs you want to keep; our data controls and the Privacy Policy explain what is kept and for how long.

We may update these terms as Iter0 changes. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: hello@iter0.com.
